Officials at the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development will host a series of Town Hall meetings early next year to sensitise parents and teachers about the processes involved in the administration of the Barbados Secondary Schools’ Entrance Examinations.

The first meeting will be held on Sunday, January 2, at 4:00 p.m. at the Christ Church Foundation School, and the next one on Sunday, January 3, at 3:30 p.m. at the Alexandra School, St. Peter.

Parents and teachers can also meet at the West Terrace Primary School in St. Michael on Wednesday, January 6, or on Thursday January 7 at the Lester Vaughan School, St. Thomas to discuss matters pertinent to the common entrance. Both meetings will start at 5:00 p.m.

Another session will be held at the Alleyne School, St. Andrew on Saturday, January 9, at 4:00 p.m. and at the Grantley Adams Memorial School in St. Joseph on Sunday, January 10, at 3:30 p.m.

Ellerslie Secondary School, in St. Michael will be the venue of the next meeting, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, January 13, at 5:00 p.m., followed by another at The St. Michael School?? on Thursday, January 14, at the same time.

The?? final round of discussions are scheduled to be held at the Princess Margaret Secondary School, St. Philip on Saturday, January 16, at 4:00 p.m. and the St. John Primary School at 3:30 p.m.??kmoore@barbados.gov.bb
