A number of traffic changes will be in effect on Sunday, November 11, to facilitate the Remembrance Day Parade in National Heroes Square, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m., Trafalgar Street, Rickett Street, High Street, Broad Street – from its junction with Prince William Henry Street to its junction with High Street – and Fairchild Street on to the Charles Duncan O’Neal Bridge, will be closed to all vehicular traffic.

In addition, during that period, parking is prohibited along Belmont Road, Constitution Road, Martindale’s Road, St. Michael’s Row, Bridge Street, Trafalgar Street, Magazine Lane, Palmetto Street and Rickett Street.

Motorists and pedestrians travelling in the area are asked to exercise caution, and to follow the instructions of the Royal Barbados Police Force personnel on duty.
