The Division of Family in the Ministry of Family, Culture, Sports and Youth will be conducting the eighth session of the Positive Parenting Skills Training of Trainers Programme from January 28, to May 22, 2013.
The activity will be held in the Training Room of the Ministry of Family and Youth, Mall Internationale, Haggatt Hall, St. Michael, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. It is open to all interested persons, including parents and Sunday School teachers, as well as persons from sporting and community organisations.
The programme offers through training, the necessary skills, knowledge and attitudes to empower individuals to become more effective parents. It is hoped that participants will see improvements in their family life and interpersonal relationships, in addition to becoming better communicators.
