Travellers experiencing difficulty in completing the Barbados Online Travel Form will still be allowed entry to the island.

This assurance is coming from acting Chief Immigration Officer, Margaret Inniss, who explained that those who were unable to complete the online form prior to travel, will be directed to use the Immigration kiosks on arrival at the Grantley Adams International Airport.

This is in response to concerns raised by some travellers being unable to complete the online form prior to arriving in Barbados.

Persons experiencing challenges may also contact the  Barbados Immigration Department at 246-535-4100 or via email at immigration.department@barbados.gov.bb.
