Now being a part of the BTMI family, she mentioned: “I’m extremely excited to be part of a team that lives and breathes tourism in the way that the BTMI does.  I’ve joined a group that is equally excited to showcase the best of Barbados and continue to position the brand in a way that contributes to growth in the sector.  My experience, thus far, can most accurately be described as eventful, immersive and complete with projects which both match my expertise and contribute significantly to my professional and personal development.  I continue to look forward to my future here at the BTMI.”

Ms. Hollingsworth also hit the ground running as she transferred from the financial industry into tourism. She is known for her vibrant personality and passion for people.  She also has extensive experience in recruitment, training and mentoring.
