Fogging will continue next week with emphasis on Christ Church.

When the programme starts on Monday, February 8, the team from the Vector Control Unit will, however, make its first stop in St. Lucy. Areas to be visited are Maycocks Road, Maycocks Terrace, Broomefield, Husbands, Friendly Hall, Harrisons, Crab Hill, Grape Hill, Salmonds, Greenidges, Cluffs, St. Swithins and their environs.

On Tuesday, February 9, attention will be turned to the St. James districts of??Holetown, Trents, Jamestown, Sunset Crest, Seaview, Molyneaux and their surroundings.

The following day, Wednesday, February 10, the team will begin its first fogging of Christ Church districts, with visits to Golf Club Road, Dayrells Road, Worthing, Worthing View, Rockley Terrace, Rose Garden #1 & 2, Blue Waters A & B Peronne Gap, Dover Gardens, Rockley New Road with avenues and their environs.

??A return to Christ Church on Thursday, February 11, will see fogging at Pilgrim Road, Parish Land, Thyme Bottom, Providence and their surroundings.

Fogging culminates on Friday, February 12 in St. Michael. The districts to be sprayed are Waterford, Station Hill, Goodings Road with Avenues, Deans Village, Bridge Road, Baycroft Road, School Road, Springer Road, Flint Hall, Kingston Terrace, My Lord’s Hill, Licorish Village, Jones Road, Blackmans Road, Odessa McClean Drive with Avenues, Belle Tenantry and their environs.

All fogging runs from 4:30 until 7:30 p.m. and householders are asked to assist by opening windows and doors to allow the fog to penetrate.

Persons with respiratory problems should, however, protect themselves from inhaling the fog. Pedestrians and motorists should proceed with caution when encountering fogging operations on the street.

Parents are instructed to prohibit children from playing in the fog or running behind the fogging machine.
