The Registration Department has advised that only two Criminal Courts are presently in operation at the Supreme Court of Barbados.
They are the No. 2 and No. 5 Supreme Courts presided over by Justices Randall Worrell and Jacqueline Cornelius, respectively.
Meanwhile, arrangements are still being made for the judges of the additional Criminal Courts to come on stream, and the public will be advised as to when the five Criminal Courts will be fully operational.
