Governor General Sir Elliott Belgrave, will present the other recipients of the Queen’s Birthday Honours with their Insignia during a ceremony at Government House, tomorrow, Wednesday, November 7, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Rashid Orlando Marville will be presented with the Commander of The Order of The British Empire (CBE), for his contribution to the Foreign Service, while Carolyn Adora Sinckler will be made an Officer of The Order of The British Empire (OBE), for her services to education and sport.
