The University in the Community lecture series continues later this month with a talk entitled "Big Government in a Small Economy is the Way to Recovery During a Recession".

The event will be held in the form of a panel discussion on Thursday, September 30, at the Grand Salle, Central Bank of Barbados, Bridgetown, from noon to 1:15 p.m.

Speakers will be Director of the Shridath Ramphal Centre for International Trade Law, Policy and Services at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Dr. Keith Nurse; Economist, Clyde Mascoll and Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados Small Business Association, Lynette Holder. The moderator will be Sherwood McCaskie.

The lecture series is a collaborative effort between the University of the West Indies’ Open Campus and the Central Bank of Barbados.????
