The offer came today from Deputy Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Secretariat, responsible for Economic and Social Development, Deodat Maharaj, during a courtesy call on Acting Minister of Education, Senator Harcourt Husbands, at the Ministry on Constitution Road.

Mr. Maharaj disclosed that the conference will discuss solutions for quality education for all Commonwealth Member States.
