Members of the public are advised that all urgent matters and New Charge Sheets are being heard at all Magistrates’ Courts that are operational. However, all other matters at those courts will be adjourned.
In addition, the Registrar of the Supreme Court has further advised that Saturday Court at District ‘A’ will recommence from tomorrow, Saturday, January 16. All accused persons are requested to present themselves to the Court on the dates given, to obtain new dates.
Meanwhile, all District ‘A’ Courts have resumed operations, and the District ‘F’/Horse Hill and District ‘B’/Boarded Hall Magistrates’ Courts are operational.
Persons with existing matters at these courts are requested to call the court offices in relation to their matters, to obtain new dates. All court offices are operational.
Those persons attending the courts are expected to comply fully with all COVID-19 protocols which are in place.
