Vendors wishing to sell food at the Oistins Fish Festival, slated for Saturday, March 30 to Monday, April 1, are reminded that they must have a Temporary Restaurant Licence.

It may be obtained from the Randal Phillips Polyclinic, Oistins, Christ Church. Additionally, they must have a valid medical certificate; stalls or tents must be equipped with potable water, adequate lighting and receptacles for the disposal of refuse; and provisions must be made for the disposal of spent oil.

Food handlers must be appropriately attired and refrain from wearing jewellery and cap sleeves. For further information, contact the Randal Phillips Polyclinic at 428-3324.
