Barbadian, academics, economists and students now have another reference tool to assist them in their scholarly papers on a range of socio-economic issues.

Volume IV of the Journal of Public Sector Policy Analysis, which is a collection of eight papers, is now available for purchase from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs’ Research and Planning Unit, Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael.

Among the papers in the publication are: Encouraging Hotel Water Use Efficiency: Can a System of Tradable Permits Work?, by Adrian Cashman and Dr. Winston Moore; Revisiting the Effect of Country Size on Taxation in Developing Countries, written by Professor Roland Craigwell and Chrystal Thomas and Developing Challenges Facing Small Island Developing States, penned by Ronnie Griffith.

Volume I of the Journal was launched in December 2007 and the second volume, which is a collection of eight papers on topics such as Remittances And their Effect on the Level of Investment and Talent Management, was published in December 2008.??
