In response to Stage 2 of the COVID-19 National Preparedness Plan, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Blue Economy has advised all water craft owners and operators that they should adhere to the protocols issued by the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

These include the limiting of gatherings to no more than 25 persons, including crew in this instance, and the practice of physical distancing.

In the circumstances, it is expected that all owners and operators of watercraft will take the necessary action and suspend all operations that would breach these protocols.

The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Blue Economy encourages its maritime partners and all residents to continue to follow the guidance of the Ministry of Health and Wellness.
