Virtual Performance Management will be the topic for discussion when the Learning and Development Directorate hosts its webinar next Thursday, June 25, via Zoom.
Public officers with responsibility for HR in their respective ministries are encouraged to register for the presentation, which will be facilitated by Brittany Brathwaite of the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados Inc.
Interested public officers should complete the online registration by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, and they will later receive details for joining the webinar. Any queries may be emailed to LD@mps.gov.bb.
An overview of performance management will be shared during the discussion, and the presenter will examine how to manage and monitor performance in a primarily remote environment. Public officers will also get a “sneak peek” of the web based PRDS form.
