It will target all secondary school students between the ages of 14 to 18, as well as students up to 18 years enrolled in the Fine Arts Programme of the Barbados Community College.

Persons interested in participating must note the following criterion: only one entry is allowed per person; designs must be submitted in JPEG or PDF format; all entries should be accompanied by details of the designer to include his/her age, school/institution, contact address, telephone number, and email address.

In addition, by entering the competition, participants have agreed that in the event their design is selected as an official logo for the programme they waive all rights to the design to the NTFCP.

Submissions must be transferable to T-shirts, brochures, posters, banners and other promotional memorabilia. The winning design must be in a format that can be reproduced in both black & white and colour on documents that will be copied or faxed.
