The Ministry of Agriculture will host a training workshop on Post-Harvest Management of Ginger and Hot Peppers for stakeholders involved in the herbs and spice industry, including farmers, processors and chefs.

It will take place on Tuesday, January 12, at the Ministry, Graeme Hall, Christ Church, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
