Teenage girls between the ages of 13 and 18 will be in focus when the National Task Force on Crime Prevention’s annual Girls’ Talk workshop comes off of Wednesday, March 20, at the Amaryllis Beach Resort, Hastings, Christ Church beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The theme for this year’s workshop, which is being held in commemoration of International Women’s, Day celebrated on Friday, March 8, is: The Gender Agenda: Gaining Momentum.

Presentations will explore Femininity; Socialisation of Women; Women as Perpetrators and Victims of Crime; Crime and its Impact on the Family; Women’s Health and Entrepreneurship.

The presentations will begin at 9:35 a.m. and the session concludes at 3:00 p.m.
