The National Sports Council will hold its annual Mr. School Boy Bodybuilding and Miss School Girl Body Fitness Championships on Friday, November 15 at Lester Vaughan School, Cane Garden, St. Thomas, at 4:00 p.m.
To this end, four workshops will be held on Saturdays in October and November to prepare participants for these championships. The workshops will be held on October 19 and 26 and November 2 and 9, at the Gym of the National Stadium, Waterford, St. Michael, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Parents, guardians and teachers who are interested in having children aged six to 21 prepare for bodybuilding, body fitness or body figure should attend these workshops.
