Under the theme Don’t lose sight of your family, World Glaucoma Week, March 6 – 12, will be observed with a series of lectures focusing on eye care.

Beginning Thursday, March 10, the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre (LESC) will host "Lunch and Learn" Lunchtime Lectures featuring Ophthalmologist, Clive Gibbons looking at Diagnosis and Medical Treatment; Ophthalmologist and Glaucoma Specialist Dawn Grosvenor discussing: Surgery for Glaucoma, and Senator Kerryann Ifill speaking on the topic: Living with Visual Impairment.

The lectures will take place at 11:30, 12:30 and 1:30 p.m., respectively.

The following day, Friday, March 11, Ophthalmologist and Glaucoma Specialist, Dawn Grosvenor will be the featured speaker at a public lecture entitled: Don’t lose sight of your family.

It will take place at the LESC beginning at 7:00 p.m.??
