Budding professional mechanics, fashion designers and chefs will have the opportunity to display their skills at the Worldskills Barbados Skills Competition 2014, which will be launched on Wednesday, October 2, at Courtyard by Marriott, Hastings, Christ Church.

Shaping a World Class Workforce Through Innovation, Creativity and Skills Development will be the guiding theme for the competition, which will see young people between the ages of 16 and 22 demonstrating the best of their vocational skills.
