The public is advised that the sluice gates at Worthing Beach will be opened by Government’s Drainage Division tomorrow, Thursday, January 19, from 5:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., for routine maintenance to be undertaken.
As a result, the beach will remain closed for the duration of this exercise.
The National Conservation Commission which has responsibility for the beach, has apologised for any inconvenience the temporary closure may cause.
