Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator Maxine McClean, received a courtesy call today from Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, Roberto Azev?do.
The two discussed matters of mutual interest, including the outcomes of the recently-held 10th Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in Nairobi, Kenya.
They also discussed ways in which Barbados, the region and the WTO could work together in areas such as agriculture, trade facilitation and technical assistance.
