The six-week training programme, which was designed to assist entrepreneurs with developing the skills and competencies needed to be successful within their businesses, was open to young entrepreneurs, aged 18 to 35. The sessions were conducted virtually and were separated into two groups, morning and evening.

Topics included: Achieving Personal Excellence; Personal Image Management; How to Start a Business; Funding My Business; Introduction to the Business Model Canvas; Costing & Pricing and a practical pitching experience using the Business Model Canvas. Outstanding participants were awarded for their presentations on the Business Model Canvas aspect of the training.

The YESpreneur Get Equipped Webinar Series was conducted as a part of the greater Entrepreneurial Development Training Programme (EDTP).

Training under the EDTP has now been concluded for the year 2021, and is scheduled to resume in February 2022 with the YES Annual Business Labs.

The Business Labs expose students to the fundamentals of starting their own businesses and also include a practical component. Additional information on the Business Labs will be shared within the coming months.
