The Ministry of Tourism will take its public consultation for the development of a Tourism White Paper to the youth next week, when it hosts its Let’s Talk Tourism – Youth Speak Out at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, on Friday, February 4.

The three-hour event, which begins at 9:00 a.m., will see chosen student representatives from various secondary and tertiary institutions discuss issues of concern which affect the tourism industry.?? However, persons from 16 to 25 who are not affiliated to a school are invited to register and participate in the forum.

Roundtable discussions will be the order of the day, as students review topics of import for the sector and present their views to a panel of key tourism players.???? There will also be an open dialogue session, where the school delegates will have the opportunity to share their comments, queries and suggestions about the future of tourism.
