A series of reminders has been issued for exhibitors participating in Agrofest 2014, which will be hosted from February 28 to March 2, in Queen???s Park, The City.

The Ministry of Health requires all vendors conducting sampling or operating temporary restaurants to apply for licences from the Environmental Health Department of the Winston Scott Polyclinic, at least two weeks prior to the event.

This will facilitate Health Officers who must visit food preparation sites to be used during Agrofest. These licences should be displayed during the event.

In addition, the deadline for booth space payments has passed and persons with outstanding balances are asked to settle their accounts as soon as possible.

Exhibitors or their representatives are also asked to attend a meeting for all Agrofest 2014 exhibitors next Thursday, February 20, at 2:00 p.m. in Queen???s Park.
