Persons who still want to make their contribution on the policy and legislative proposals being put forward for the disabled, will have another opportunity to do so when the second of three town hall meetings is convened tomorrow, Wednesday, September 21, at 6:30 p.m.
It will be held at the Ivan Harewood Centre, Christ Church Parish Church; however, persons may also join virtually by clicking here.
The event is being hosted by the Ministry of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs in collaboration with the Advisory Committee on Persons with Disabilities.
The final meeting is slated for Thursday, September 29, at the Alexandra School, Queen’s Street, St. Peter. That meeting will also be streamed and you may view it by clicking here. All meetings begin at 6:30 p.m.
