In celebration of Education Month 2022, the Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training will host a series of activities during the month of October under the theme: Promoting Quality Education Through Healthy Minds and Bodies.
The month starts with divine worship at the Mount of Praise Wesleyan Holiness Church, Tudor Bridge, St. Michael, on Monday, October 3, at 9:30 a.m. Minister of Education, Kay McConney, will deliver the feature address.
Reverend Ronnie Quimby will share words of exhortation while Chief Education Officer, Dr. Ramona Archer-Bradshaw, will offer remarks.
There will be performances by the students from across the nation’s primary, special and secondary schools in song, dance and via instruments.
The service, which will also be attended by ministry officials, principals, teachers, PTA representatives and students, will be live streamed via the Media Resource Department’s You Tube Channel.
