The Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment, through the Community Development Department, will launch a community project entitled “Spreading Joy at Christmas”. The project was created to spread love, joy, and peace to children in some communities.

These communities will be entertained by a music truck and a Tuk Band playing seasonal music. The Haynesville Youth Group, Mother Sally and stilt walkers will also be a part of the entertainment provided.

Haynesville, Deacons, Grazettes, and Eden Lodge will be visited on Monday, December 19, and on Tuesday, December 20, it will be the turn of Lammings, Branchbury, and Ellerton.

Each day, the activity will commence at 1:00 p.m., with the truck moving off from the Warrens Office Complex, Warrens, St. Michael, and travelling to the specified communities.
