Owners of apartment buildings and condominiums are reminded that the receptacle at a mail delivery point for these structures must be located on the ground floor level.
Where the apartment building or condominium requires more than one mail box for the collection of mail, the owner of the building shall provide a cluster box unit for the collection of mail, or provide multiple mail boxes in an approved location.
In addition, where the Chief Town Planner assigns a number or any other identifier to premises, the owner of the premises should ensure the number or other identifier is located in a conspicuous position on a receptacle, at a mail delivery point for the premises.
