The Barbados Trust Fund Limited (BTFL) and Export Barbados are on a mission to create additional market exposure and opportunities for participants of the Manufacturing Incubator Programme.
To this end, the BTFL and Export Barbados will be facilitating a United Kingdom (UK) Export Consultation on Tuesday, March 14, at the International Food Science Center, Newton Industrial Park, Newton, Christ Church. Thirty persons will be participating in the half-day session.
UK Distributor and owner of International Brands, Peter Martin, will provide participants with information on how to export products there. He will discuss the rules, regulations and trading standards of exporting, as well as the packaging and labelling requirements.
Mr. Martin and his team will be undertaking assessments of the products on display and giving feedback to participants.
