Residents and stakeholders in St. Philip North and South will have an opportunity to give their final input on the Preparation of Behaviourally Informed Community-Based Disaster Risk Management Plans for Two Vulnerable Communities in Barbados, during two virtual community workshops.  

The first of these comes off Sunday, May 28, beginning at 2:00 p.m., for residents living in St. Philip South. Interested persons may join by clicking here, or the Meeting ID 854 9661 5129, passcode 20230514.

Then on Sunday, June 4, residents living in St. Philip North will have their turn at 2:00 p.m. They may click here or use the Meeting ID 898 5279 8267, passcode 20230604.

Topics to be discussed include building resilience, improving disaster responses, and providing training.

The workshops are being hosted by the Department of Emergency Management and the St. Philip North and St. Philip South District Emergency Organisations.
