Vendors licensed by the National Conservation Commission (NCC) are reminded that their licences must be renewed by Friday, June 30.

“The National Conservation Commission, under the National Conservation Commission’s Act, CAP 393, is reminding all vendors licensed to sell goods and or services in a public park, in public gardens or on the beach, that licences must be renewed for the period July 2023 to June 2024, by [Friday], June 30, to avoid any disruption in the operation of their businesses,” the NCC stated.

Registered vendors are also asked to note that licences that remain in arrears for more than three years will be rendered null and void.

Persons may visit the Accounts Department of the NCC, at Codrington House, St. Michael, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays.

Vendors are also reminded that they must submit a recent Police Certificate of Character at the time of renewal. In addition, licensed water sport operators are reminded that valid copies of the registration and insurance certificate for their vessels must be produced to renew their licence.
