The National Petroleum Corporation (NPC) has advised that excavation work will be carried out along River Road, Bridgetown, in the westbound direction, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., from Wednesday, July 19 to Friday, July 21.
Additionally, the exercise will continue on Sunday, July 23, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The work will reduce the road to single lane traffic during these times.
The NPC has asked the public to avoid parking on the eastbound section of River Road, from the intersection with Nelson Street to the section opposite the Starcom Network Building. According to the NPC, this will allow traffic to travel along River Road during the period of road works.
The Corporation thanks members of the public for their cooperation as it continues to upgrade the network as part of its National Mains Replacement Project.
