The Barbados Prison Service is celebrating its 167th anniversary, with a number of activities. The events are as follows:
- Church Service on Sunday, October 13, at Dunamis Outreach Ministries, St. David’s, Christ Church, starting at 9:00 a.m.
- Open Day on Friday, October 18, at the Retail Outlet, Dodds Facility, St. Philip, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tours start at 9:30 a.m. To book a tour, call Rommel Welch, at 256-7463 or 535-7313.
- 5K Walk and Run on Sunday, October 20, at the Retail Outlet, Dodds Facility, St. Philip, starting at 4:00 p.m.
- Fun Day/Sports Day, on Friday, October 25, at the Retail Outlet, Dodds Facility, St. Philip, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Karaoke, Saturday, October 26, at the Retail Outlet, Dodds Facility, St. Philip, from 7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- T-20 Cricket Match, on Tuesday, October 29, in Padmore Village, St. Philip, from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m.
