As part of its Summer School Programme, the Barbados Community College (BCC), through the Jean and Norma Holder Hospitality Institute (Hotel PomMarine), will host a one-week intensive Fruit Carving workshop and showcase, July 1 to 5 and July 6, respectively.
The workshop is specifically designed for culinary artists and all persons interested in learning a potentially lucrative skill.
Registration forms are available at Hotel PomMarine, and fees are payable at the Accounts Department of the BCC, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
