The Barbados Defence Force will host a church service in recognition of its 45th anniversary of protecting the island’s borders and providing humanitarian, security and other assistance to this country’s neighbours during a crisis.
Under the theme Proven Excellence, Shaping A Promising Future! the event will be held on Sunday, August 11, at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Two Mile Hill, St. Michael, starting at 10:00 a.m.
President of Barbados, Her Excellency, The Most Honourable Dame Sandra Mason; Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley; members of the diplomatic corps; and other officials will be in attendance.
