In light of the concerns expressed by staff of the Supreme Court, members of the bar and the public, the following shall apply with effect from Monday 20th November 2023:
- Use of the car park at the Supreme Court Complex will be restricted between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday to the following categories ONLY:
- members of staff of any of the island’s courts.
- persons conducting business at the Supreme Court Complex and the Henry Forde and David Simmons Judicial and Legal Complex.
- There shall be no parking allowed in the Fire Lanes or on the sidewalks at the Supreme Court Complex.
- There will be a parking attendant in place. Kindly comply with the directions given.
- On the days when the car park is full, admittance will be restricted until space becomes available.
