Members of the public are invited to attend St. Mark’s Come Alive, a community contact day hosted by the Community Development Department this Saturday, July 16.
It will be held at the Blades Hill Playing Field, St. Philip from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the official opening ceremony commencing at 5:00 p.m.
The community contact day forms part of events to mark the Department’s 45th anniversary celebrations, as well as the 15th anniversary of its Community Technology Programme.
There will be performances by John King, Mistah Dale, St. Mark’s Primary School, Princess Margaret Steel Band, among others. There will also be a mechanical bull and jumping tent, as well as food and drink on sale.
