A Coral Reef Blue Economy Interactive Expo will take place tomorrow, Saturday, June 22, at Southern Beach Club, St. Lawrence Gap, Christ Church, as part of activities to celebrate Environment Month.

The Coral Reef Restoration Alliance (CORALL), in collaboration with the UNDP – Small Grants Programme, will join the Coastal Zone Management Unit (CZMU), in hosting the free expo, from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

CORALL President, Susan Mahon, noted that the reason for the event “is to expose the general public to state-of-the-art issues and advancement in the realm of coral reef research activities”.

CORALL is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established to foster conservation and restoration of coral reef ecosystems in Barbados.
