Individuals who desire to be registered as real estate salespersons and persons who work in areas impacted by the sale of real estate can now apply for the Certificate of Real Estate Sales being offered by the Barbados Community College (BCC).
The six-month part-time programme will be administered through the Industry Services Unit, from September 6, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., using the blended approach.
A key aim is to promote and maintain a high standard of professional conduct and professional work among persons engaged in real estate. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, August 31.
Fees are payable at the Accounts Department, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., and are non-refundable after the second week of commencement of the course.
