The Barbados Community College (BCC) will host its first-ever flea market and car boot fundraising sale, on Saturday, May 27.
Online registration for the event is now open and scores of BCC staff and students have been taking advantage of the opportunity to put their entrepreneurial skills on display.
Members of the public are invited to purchase a tent or car space to sell their items on the grounds of the “Eyrie”, Howell’s Cross Road Campus, later this month. The spaces will be well laid out and strategically positioned to allow easy access by shoppers.
Several vendors have already registered, and will have on sale household items, clothing, plants, perfumes, makeup, food, and many more items. There will also be a Kids’ Zone with lots of exciting rides and fun activities for the children.
