Professor Richard Whish will speak on: Competitive Markets: Do They Exist in Small Economies – Can Consumers Really Expect to Benefit?
A Professor of Law at King’s College London since 1991 and also a Professor at the College of Europe (Bruges), Professor Whish is a qualified solicitor. He acts as a consultant to a variety of companies and regulatory agencies, and from April 2003 to March 2009, was a non-executive director of the Office of Fair Trading.
