5KM Walk & Healthy Breakfast in St. Peter
The public is invited to participate in the St. Peter Parish Independence Committee???s 5km walk and healthy breakfast on Saturday, November 2, beginning at 6:00 a.m. sharp.
Walkers will leave the Speightstown Esplanade, trek to Maynards and proceed on to Mile and a Quarter. They will then head back to Speightstown for a healthy breakfast.

Ministry of Agriculture Continues Plant Clinic Series
The Ministry of Agriculture, in collaboration with the Commonwealth Agricultural Bureau International, will continue its plant clinic series for persons who wish to improve food security by reducing crop losses.
It will take place at Agro-Chemicals Ltd Warrens, St. Michael, on Saturday, October 26, from 9:00 a.m. until midday.
Persons are asked to bring their sick plants to the clinic as representatives from the Ministry will be on hand to answer any questions on plant health.
