Golden Square Freedom Park, the City, will be the venue for the Barbados Pharmaceutical Society’s Public Health Fair on Saturday, September 2, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., as part of activities for Pharmacy Week 2023.
Members of the public are invited to come out and engage pharmacists, who will be on hand to dispense information and give free consultations. The aim of the fair is to raise awareness on the importance of maintaining good health and to inform persons on how they may access vital healthcare services. There will be free blood pressure and blood sugar checks, and a variety of healthcare products, samples and literature on display. Persons also may walk with their medications to review them with pharmacists.
