As part of activities to mark Hurricane Awareness Month 2023, the Department of Emergency Management will host a movie night on Saturday, June 24, on the grounds of the National Disabilities Unit, Lower Collymore Rock, St. Michael, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
The featured show is Hurricane Season, starring Forest Whitaker. Admission is free and persons are encouraged to walk with their blankets and come out for a night under the stars.
Hurricane Awareness Month runs from June 1 to 30, under the theme: Be Ready.
