The Treasury Department is advising persons in receipt of a government pension and have not yet submitted a life certificate to the department within the last year, to do so by Friday, March 17, 2023.
In an update to the release issued on Friday, February 17, the Department stresses that the notice does not apply to those who have already submitted a life certificate. It is, however, for those pensioners who have not sent in their certificate since the exercise began in July 2022.
Those persons who have not yet completed a certificate, or received notification by mail, should download one at www.treasury.gov.bb, or visit the Treasury Department at the National Housing Corporation building, Country Road, St. Michael, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
