Human resource (HR) practitioners and “people leaders” in the Public Service are invited to the first HR Forum for the financial year 2023-2024.
This forum, themed: “Strategic HR in the Public Service”, focuses on sharing knowledge and ideas on what strategic human resource should look like in the public service.
The half-day forum will be held on Tuesday, July 11, at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Two Mile Hill, St. Michael, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Participants will hear from industry and sector experts about HR strategies that will deliver results for the future of the public service. They will also discuss innovative HR solutions to tackle the ever-evolving workplace challenges, and share best practices to ensure that the public service human resources strategies deliver value where it counts.
Interested persons are encouraged to join this important discussion, as their contribution can make a difference as Government work towards transforming the Public Service into “a model of excellence”.
