The National Conservation Commission (NCC) has advised that its washroom facility at River Bay, St. Lucy, has reopened.
The operating hours are as follows: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., October to March, and 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., April to September.
