The Economic Affairs Division of the Ministry of Finance, Economic Affairs and Investment, in its capacity as the National Liaison Office for the Organization of American States (OAS), invites persons to apply for scholarships for graduate and undergraduate programmes.

The scholarships are awarded for one or two-year academic studies onsite, online or the blended approach, at institutions in OAS member countries.  Scholarships will not be awarded to students enrolled in local institutions.
